Hello beautiful souls,
I’m so honoured to invite you to a very special Rest & Release Retreat Day. A full-day immersion in rest, renewal, and reconnection, lovingly hosted by my dear friend Romy from The Art of Loving Kindness, and held within the nurturing energy of Noela’s Circle of Souls Healing Centre in Nulkaba.
This retreat is a sacred pause.
A moment to breathe deeply, soften into stillness, and let your body, mind, and spirit remember what it feels like to truly rest.

My Offerings
Reiki Labyrinth Journey: I’ll be guiding a Reiki Labyrinth Journey, a gentle walking meditation that invites you inward through each spiral of reflection and release. With each step, the noise of the mind begins to quiet, allowing the wisdom of the heart to speak.
As you move through the labyrinth’s path, you’ll be held in a field of Reiki energy that is peaceful, nurturing, and deeply restorative. It’s an experience of surrender, trust, and reconnection to your own inner light.
Crystal Bowl Meditation: Later in the day, I’ll guide you through a Crystal Bowl Meditation, where sound becomes medicine and vibration becomes peace. The pure tones of the bowls and the resonance of Light Language weave together, creating a sacred soundscape that soothes the nervous system and opens the heart.
It’s a beautiful way to complete your journey surrounded by frequency, stillness, and love.
